An invitation to a short course on how to stay anchored in these turbulent times

Mostly, it looks like life is 'coming at us' and we need to find the reserves and resilience to deal with the knocks.

There's a sense of unease and vigilance that arises from a need to hold adversity at arm's length, to stay on top of shifting emotions, tackle negative thoughts and absorb intense (and sometimes traumatising) headlines that pop up perpetually, though unsolicited, in our lives through screens large and small.

What if there is another way?

Not to relentlessly fight reality and brace ourselves for every eventuality (especially the ones that the mind offers up at 3am) - but to see that our lens of perception, and fundamentally our relationship with life is the invisible yet often overlooked area that we haven't had the space or time to get curious about.

And we have innocently overlooked our bodies as the vessel for our existence and the portal for presence. We've been so preoccupied with thinking and mentally navigating life's challenges that we've lost touch with perspective and dislocated from ourselves.

------

This is a gentle invitation to Stay In Your Quiet Centre - a small, connected online group exploration to anchor us in these turbulent times.

This will be a compassionate look at how we might:

  • Locate our quiet centre

  • Move back into the body and intuit from an (often hidden) yet relentlessly reliable inner compass

  • Feel like our own safe harbour

  • Recognise that we have the capacity, reserves and resources to meet life in the moment

What will it involve?

A month-long group exploration (beginning w/c 20th April), including:

  • 3 x live online interactive chats on Wed 22nd April (daytime), Thurs 30th April (evening) Wed 13th May (daytime)* - also available as a recording

  • Weekly short videos to navigate us though the journey back to our quiet centre

  • Be part of a closed yet connected WhatsApp group, to participate as much or as little as you wish

  • Personalised voice notes as a check-in to help support your exploration

*UK times

This is created to be as accessible as possible given our busy lives, while offering connection, support and guidance.

Investment - £220 per person (with the option to pay in two parts or as a single payment).
